how to get more claim capacity ?

hi ,I've been playing for a while now on the prominence 2 server and i would like to know how to get more claimable chunk
my friend can only claim 16 chunk while i can claim 25 chunk, people telling me it's surely playtime but it's really a long time ago since my claim capacity didn't change at all (more than 20 h playtime)

Hi there, You can either earn more claims through playtime & votes
