Ban Appeal

Step-by-step guide on how to appeal your ban effectively and understand the review process.

How to Appeal a Ban from Our Minecraft Servers

1. Initiating the Appeal:

If you believe your ban was unjust, the first step is to open a ban appeal ticket on our Discord server. Once opened, follow the prompts in the ticket to provide all the necessary details about your ban.

2. The Appeal Process:

After submitting your appeal, it will be moved to a dedicated appeals channel. This is where the community and staff can review and discuss the merits of your appeal. It's essential to be patient during this phase. The system has specific durations set for each stage of the process to ensure fairness and thoroughness.

3. The Deliberation Period:

Jurors will be chosen to review your appeal. They will have a dedicated space (a category with channels) to discuss and evaluate your case. During this period, jurors may engage in conversations with staff and other jurors to gain a full understanding of the situation.

4. The Voting Phase:

After the deliberation, jurors will cast their vote on whether they believe you are guilty or not guilty based on the evidence and discussions. It's essential to understand that the decision is based on a collective assessment, ensuring multiple perspectives are considered.

5. The Verdict:

Once the voting phase concludes, the final verdict on your appeal will be determined. Depending on the decision, your ban may either be lifted or upheld.

Note:

Throughout the appeal process, ensure you maintain a respectful and patient demeanor. This will be beneficial for your appeal. If there are any discrepancies or concerns during the appeal process, it's advised to reach out to the Discord server staff or moderators for clarity.
