Hi there. Those who play on these 2 servers and staff know that the servers are having some kind of issue between one another as you cant rightfully have one properly up and running right now if the other is up and running. We do know CDU is short staffed right now and things are taking a longer time to deal with because of this.
I and few others are thinking this is because of the Data Sync between these 2 server. Now that being said we dont know what CDU has going on fully in the background for the servers.
As of late the issues havent been mentioned in any announcement(s) and we players are kinda feeling a little ignored as just yesterday AU was down all day while the US server was up and running without any problems.
I and a few others would like to suggest removing the data sync connection between the two servers to see if that will fix the problem. No one really moves between the servers that ive seen. Though i have seen it happen 2 times since the servers were first started fresh.
We would like to ask staff for any information on what is going on if it is possible to talk about. As of right now the US server is down while the AU server is up.
