WHEN I JOIN A PARTY THE PERSONAL CHUNKS WONT ADD UP I HAVE 3 PPL PLAYING AND HAD TO DISBAND THE PARTY (WE MADE ALLIES OF EACH OTHER) CAUSE WE NEEDED MORE CLAIM CHUNKS FOR BOTANIA Y POWAH AND TOGUETER WE HAD 3 IN TOTAL AND SEPARATED WE HAD 3 EACH IS THIS MEANT TO BE LIKE THAT OR THERES SOMETHING I CAN DO??

Claim chunks do not add up together. That is just how the FTB developer decided to do it sadly. So yes, it is meant to be like that and the workaround is being allies of each other to "share" chunks which is what you're doing.
